Join us for a comprehensive deep dive into food safety management. We’ll cover everything you need to know, from proper cleaning and sanitizing to managing major food allergens.

The registration fee includes the 7th edition textbook, exam answer sheet, handouts, and refreshments.

  • Exam Only: $50
